The Bernstein team will spoil you with fresh, seasonal cuisine: individual 3-course menus that become enjoyable moments of exchange and connection at the shared table.

Arrival from 14.00 hrs
16:00: Teatime to welcome you and get to know each other
16:30-18:00: Yin Yoga “Welcome to time out” – gentle letting go of everyday life, accompanied by meditation
19:00: 3-course menu in the Bernstein restaurant
Monday
8:30-10:00 am: Vinyasa Yoga – a vitalizing start to the day in harmony with the forces of nature.
15 minutes of breathing exercises on the open-air sea terrace, followed by 75 minutes of cleansing asana practice
Afterwards: Wellfit breakfast with a view of the Baltic Sea
15:00-16:00: Workshop – asanas to strengthen balance in everyday life
16:30-17:30: Yoga Nidra – guided deep relaxation to calm and refresh body and mind
19:00: 3-course menu in the Bernstein restaurant
Tuesday
7:30-9:00 am: Hatha Yoga “Powerful morning” – for an energetic start to the day, followed by a closing ritual and farewell
Afterwards: Wellfit breakfast with a view of the Baltic Sea
Departure until 12:00
