Experience a time-out in the name of good taste: in inspiring power courses, we guide you through the art of wine selection, menu design and bartending. Take home not only new skills, but also the good feeling of being a relaxed host.

• 3x overnight stay incl. WellFit breakfast
• 3x evening menu (3-course) in the Bernstein restaurant
• 1x cooking workshop (3 hours): Together with Bernstein head chef Arjan Mensies, you will create a seasonal menu with recipes to take home and experience the pleasure of cooking together.
• 1x wine workshop (3 h): In the VINUM wine cellar, our wine expert Christian Freier will tell you which wines harmonize with which dishes.
• 1x Mixology (2 h): Bar professional Ronny Uckert shows how few basic ingredients a home bar needs to create grandiose drinks. Mix with us!

The number of participants for the gourmet workshop is limited to 10 people (min. 6 people).

The children’s price (7-12 years) includes accommodation, breakfast and a daily 2-course children’s menu in the evening.
